The Palisades
In 2021, following her solo debut cover in Vogue, supermodel Kaia Gerber shot her first short film, The Palisades, at ModernHome1. It is an honor that Kaia’s film company chose this colorful, hi-tech, unique architectural residence, which took 5 years and visits to nearly 90 countries to develop, design, and build. Physical on Apple TV+
In 2022, ModernHome1 was delighted to host the Apple TV+ series Physical. Over ten days of shooting, ModernHome1 became home to fifty of the most creative and hardworking professionals in the business. ModernHome1’s post-modern design along with Apple TV+ touches made the perfect stage for this hit streaming series.
In season 2, episode 8, titled You Don’t Run and Hide, ModernHome1 serves as the backdrop for a wild, joyous disco dance between co-stars Rose Byrne and Murray Bartlett, who strut across the first floor and backyard one beautiful night.

Kim Petras
Following her groundbreaking Grammy victory in 2023, German-born pop sensation Kim Petras handpicked ModernHome1 as the visual backdrop for her highly-anticipated album, Slut Pop Miami. Despite initially considering the renowned Versace Mansion, Petras concluded that Modern Home 1 offered the ideal setting to encapsulate the vibrant essence of Miami. Raised by an architect father and a choreographer mother, Petras found herself drawn to the rich pastels and contemporary lines of ModernHome1.
John Roberts
“Welcome to the Show” is a three-minute creative and whimsical music video shoot this spring 2025 at ModernHome1 entirely, and stars John Roberts, The “Linda Belcher” voice in the hit American Animation “Bob’s Burgers” which since 2013 according to TV Guide ranked “as one of the 60 greatest TV cartoons of All Time.” In April 2025, it was announced that Bob’s Burgers would be renewed for four additional seasons, marking a “mega deal” with its parent company, Disney. Unlike other photoshoots from Chanel, Apple TV, and Kaia Gerber at ModernHome1, this music video shows much more of the entire ModernHome1, including its architecture, travel art, unique views, landscape architecture, postmodern pool, and so much more.
King Princess - Only Time Makes It Human
King Princess has returned with the new single “Only Time Makes It Human.” The song was produced by King Princess and Mike Malchicoff with additional production by Mark Ronson. The video was directed by Quinn Wilson, Lizzo’s longstanding creative director. Note the creative animation of the Chino Hills home master bedroom and bath (and King Princess) from the original photos to the presentation!

Glassons
Glassons is one of New Zealand and Australia's most iconic women’s fashion brands. Over two days, a 10-person team utilized Modern Home 1 to enhance the appeal of the latest fashion trends.
The shoot took place in January 2021 with full permitting and extra precautions, including rapid COVID-19 testing and a dedicated health officer to ensure proper social distancing, masking, and cleaning.

Global retailer Nasty Gal has shot at Modern Home 1 several times. Nasty Gal is a division of Boohoo, the UK's fast-growing fast-fashion retailer.

Boohoo x Tessa Brooks
The ultimate new season collection by the iconic muse, model, dancer, and digital star of her generation. Boohoo is a public UK fashion internet company with over 36,000 products, one billion dollars in annual sales, and this photoshoot for this month on the COVER of its extensive internet site. Also, Bohoo takes orders in OVER 20 currencies around the world. Tessa Brooks has over 13 million Instagram followers.

OORI OTT
OORI OTT’s Collection 1 is a tasteful take on 80s art deco, Sopranos, and Scarface. Founder Hannah Park chose to shoot her dreamy debut lookbook at Modern Home 1, which she described as:
“An ’80s postmodern dream house in Chino Hills with a sky-blue carpet, pink tiles, a tropical garden, a garage filled with vintage game machines, mannequins, a Chippendale’s stripper cutout, and so much more.”
